All rental clients must show proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence. Add the address of the venue and the date of your event to the insurance rider: Fillmore Heritage’s address is: 1330 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, CA 94115.
For the duration of the Event, the client must name as additional insured:
- City and County of San Francisco, its officers, agents and employees: 1 Dr. Carlton B Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA 94104
- Urban Solutions, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors: 1 Hallidie Plaza 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102
- Andrea Baker Consulting, its owners and subcontractors: 3401 Cesar Chavez St. Suite A, San Francisco, CA 94110
IMPORTANT: If you are selling alcohol, you need to purchase retail liquor liability to your insurance. Your caterer can also provide this for you, but will need to name you the client as well as the above additionally insured on their certificate.
